You’re not done yet.
Not even close.
You’re at a turning point in your life. Things are changing. You feel it.
Maybe…
- The kids are moving out and starting their own lives
- You’re considering retirement after a long career
- Your primary relationship is no longer fulfilling you
- You’re thinking about starting a business, or writing the book that has lived inside you for years
Or maybe you don’t know what’s next for you, but you know there’s so much more life to be lived.
While other women in your stage of life may be thinking that the best part of their life is behind them, you feel like you’re just getting started.
There’s a woman emerging that you don’t quite recognize yet, who’s there, quietly waiting for you to hear her.
What if some of the most interesting parts of your life haven’t even happened yet?
What if you are on the brink of discovering…
- Firsts you haven’t had yet.
- Capabilities you haven’t discovered yet.
- Places you’ll love that you haven’t visited yet.
- Things you haven’t learned yet.
- Desires you haven’t discovered yet.
- And parts of yourself that you don’t even know exist yet.
You don’t have to know exactly who you’re becoming.
You just have to be curious enough to meet her… the part of you that desires more.
But somewhere along the way, your desires got pushed into the background of your life.
For years, you became so good at considering everyone else.
What do they need?
What’s the most practical thing to do?
What will keep everyone comfortable?
And it worked. You built a successful life.
The tradeoff? In the process, you learned to make your desires less important than the desires of those closest to you.
Your desires became “someday” items rather than things you actively pursued.
And you learned to run them through a dozen filters before giving yourself permission to have them.
Is this realistic?
Is this responsible?
Is this too much?
Am I too old for that?
What will everyone think?
Eventually, you became so practiced at editing your wants that you stopped noticing you were even doing it.
Until something began stirring.
A restlessness.
A curiosity.
A little voice saying: There has to be more than this.
It’s not that your life is bad… it’s not. It’s just that there’s more of you that wants to be lived.
Parts of you that got pushed aside.
And parts of you that you haven’t even met yet.
That little voice? That restlessness? That curiosity?
That’s your aliveness trying to get your attention.
You’re at a place in your life where you want to become more fully yourself—and discover who else you get to be in this next chapter.
- A woman who trusts what she wants.
- Who gives her desires weight in her decisions.
- Who protects her time because her life matters to her.
- Who says yes to adventure, pleasure, creativity, intimacy, beauty, play and experiences simply because she wants more of them.
- Who keeps discovering new things to love.
- Who continually surprises herself.
- And who wakes up interested in her own life.
That’s aliveness. And that’s what this next chapter is calling you toward.
I understand this season well. Because I’ve been living it for the past few years.
I spent much of my life being excellent at becoming who other people needed me to be.
Employee. Wife. Mother. Dependable one. Good student. The woman who could figure it out.
And for a long time, I measured my choices by questions like:
- Will they like it?
- Does this make sense?
- Is this responsible?
- What will everyone else think?
But these days, I’m much more interested in measuring my choices by another question…
How alive does it make me feel?
That question has changed the way I think about getting older. I’m not interested in spending these years trying to preserve an earlier version of myself. I’ve already been her.
I want to know this woman.
- What does she want?
- What will she try?
- What will she create?
- Where will she go?
- What is she capable of?
- What will she fall in love with that she doesn’t even know exists yet?
These are some of the questions I’ve been asking in my own life. I don’t stand outside this work.
I’m living it.
And maybe one of the gifts of this stage of life is that I understand the value of my time differently than I did when I was younger. Therefore, I intend to use it on things that matter to me.
Because I’m increasingly unwilling to keep putting the things I want in the “someday” pile.
I want to be here for my life.
To take the trip.
Try the thing.
Love deeply.
Create something.
Change my mind.
Nourish my body.
Wear what delights me.
Protect my time.
Follow my curiosity.
I don’t want to keep treating my own life like something I’ll get around to eventually.
And after seeing the power of focusing on my life in an entirely new way, I created something especially for women like us who want to ask different questions together.
Introducing…
The Aliveness Collective
Become the woman you can’t wait to meet.
Create a next chapter you can’t wait to live.
The Aliveness Collective isn’t about abandoning everything you’ve built in search of some dramatic reinvention. And it’s definitely not about creating another list of things you should be doing.
It’s a 3-month guided experience where you’ll learn to hear yourself again. Trust yourself again. And act on what you hear.
Because knowing what you want is only the beginning.
Aliveness comes from letting what you want matter enough to move toward it.
What would be possible if you stopped waiting for ‘someday’?
Maybe you’d…
- Finally book the solo trip you’ve been thinking about.
- Take the class for absolutely no practical reason.
- Wear something that makes you feel fantastic, even though conventional wisdom says you shouldn’t wear that at this age.
- Spend a random Tuesday afternoon doing something simply because you want to.
- Pick up an old interest—or discover a completely new one.
- Become more playful, curious, spontaneous, adventurous, or sensual—just because
- Be more willing to follow the little sparks that make you think, “oooh… I want to do that.”
Your desires are how you stay connected to the you that was hidden underneath everyone else’s expectations. And the more often you listen to them, the more the fullest you begin to show up.
Aliveness isn’t about chasing a high.
It’s knowing yourself well enough to recognize what expands you, what drains you, and what deserves more of your time and energy now.
And then trusting yourself enough to let that knowledge influence how you actually live.
That might mean making a big change.
But more often, it looks like making different choices inside the life you already have.
- Choosing the thing that interests you over the thing that makes sense.
- Protecting time for something you love rather than giving that time away.
- Letting yourself want something without immediately putting
it on trial. - Trying something you might not be good at, and being willing to fail in order to find out what you’re capable of.
- Saying yes because you want to—not because you should.
You don’t need to blow up your life to feel more alive inside it.
You just need to stop treating what brings you alive as optional.
Your life is full. People need things. There are responsibilities, routines, relationships, appointments, texts, emails and all the ordinary noise of being a human being.
It’s easy for your own voice to become the quietest one in the room.
The Aliveness Collective changes that.
The Aliveness Collective is structured to give you something different:
Space
Uninterrupted space to hear yourself again—and notice the desires, curiosities and possibilities that are easy to miss when everyone and everything else has your attention.
Questions
The right questions to take you somewhere you might never think to go on your own.
Reflection
Time to stay with your answers long enough to discover what they’re really telling you.
Community
Connection with other accomplished women who are also navigating this particular chapter—and are choosing to live it fully, too.
Direction
A clearer picture of what you want more of and how you want the years ahead to look and feel—so you can start creating it now.
Accountability
This might be the most important part… acting on what you discover.
Because knowing what you want isn’t enough. You have to let yourself have it.
The goal isn’t to leave three months later with a notebook full of insights. It’s to look at your actual life and see actual evidence that something has changed.
You’ve tried things.
Asked for things.
Stopped doing things.
Protected what matters.
Followed your curiosity.
And somewhere along the way, realize… you’re genuinely excited about the life you’re creating.
Yes Jill! I’m ready to wake up excited about my life!

There is no age when you become too old to want more from your life.
Age is a fact. It doesn’t have to be a filter.
Age doesn’t get to decide what you’re allowed to want, how much pleasure you’re allowed to experience, how much you’re allowed to change, or what you’re allowed to create from here.
You’ve already spent years building a life. Now you get to be wildly excited about living it. Your way.
There are still places you haven’t been, things you haven’t tried, people you haven’t met, experiences you haven’t had, desires you haven’t acted on, and versions of you you haven’t even met yet.
Most women look at the years ahead and wonder what they will bring.
But you’ll be looking at the years ahead and be actively creating them.
Imagine meeting yourself three months from now.
You’re still you.
You haven’t abandoned your family.
Or moved to Bali (unless you want to 😊)
Or thrown away everything you built.
Or become someone unrecognizable.
In fact, you feel more recognizable to yourself than you have in years.
You know more about what you want and trust your desires enough to listen when they speak.
You don’t automatically hand every open space in your life to someone else.
You’ve trying things, asking different questions, and making choices because they matter to you.
You’re more present, curious, and expressed inside your own life.
You’re becoming the woman you’ve been waiting to meet.
How do you know if the Aliveness Collective is for you?
This IS the room is for you if…
- You’ve built a good life—and you’re curious about what else might be possible.
- You have more space or freedom than you once did and want to be intentional about what fills it.
- You don’t necessarily want to reinvent your life. You want to feel more alive inside it.
- You’re ready to ask yourself questions you may not have had the bandwidth—or permission—to ask before.
- You want to discover what you want now rather than automatically carrying old wants, roles and assumptions into the years ahead.
- You’re willing to experiment rather than needing the entire next chapter figured out first.
And somewhere inside you is a feeling that says: There’s more of me I want to experience.
This is NOT the room for you if…
- You’re looking for someone to tell you what you should do next.
- You want a rigid step-by-step formula for creating the “perfect” second half of life.
- You’re primarily interested in consuming information rather than exploring and making your own choices.
- You’re not currently willing to make any room in your life for what you discover.
Because I won’t know your answers. That’s part of the point. My job is to help you hear yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if I don’t know what I want yet?
A: Perfect. You don’t need to. In fact, one of the ideas at the heart of The Aliveness Collective is that you haven’t discovered everything you’re going to want yet. This isn’t a room you enter because you already have your five-year plan. It’s a room for curiosity.
Maybe you’ll reconnect with something you once wanted. Maybe you’ll realize you’ve completely outgrown something you thought you still wanted. And maybe you’ll discover a desire that couldn’t have occurred to an earlier version of you. All three count.
Q: What if my life is already good?
A: Good. I hope it is. The Aliveness Collective isn’t built on the premise that something has to be wrong with your life before you’re allowed to want something more. Contentment and desire can live in the same woman.
You can deeply appreciate what you have and remain curious about what else you want to experience. You can love the woman you’ve become and still want to meet the woman you’re becoming.
Q: What if I don’t want to make huge changes?
A: You don’t have to. This isn’t about blowing up your life. Sometimes aliveness looks like a major decision. Sometimes it looks like taking tennis lessons. The size of the change isn’t the point. Whether it makes your life feel more like yours is.
What you want deserves more than ‘someday’.
You don’t need to know exactly where this next chapter will take you. You just need to be curious enough to begin.
Come meet the woman you’re becoming.
Love,
Jill
Like so many accomplished women, I spent years believing the answer to living my best life was outside of me.
The next accomplishment.
The next milestone.
The next version of me.
Until I realized I’d become incredibly good at building a life…
But hadn’t spent nearly as much time building a relationship with the woman living it.
That realization changed everything.
Today I help accomplished women 55+ reconnect with the parts of themselves that quietly got left behind while building successful lives—so this next chapter reflects the woman they’ve become, and the woman they’re still becoming.
